 This trailer is in excellent used condition. Shows very very minor wear. The floor is sound and very minor show of rust around the handles, but minimal.  The living quarters was custom made by Travois in 2004.  6.5 Short wall and 10.5 long wall. Huge 18ft awning which is sound and in tact. This trailer does not have ac/heat, but its wired & braced for it all you would have to do it buy the unit and install it. Walk through door into the 1st stall from living quarters. Load lights outside of trailer and plenty of lighting inside. Drop down feed windows in horse area with screens. Escape door.  Swing out rear tack to allow easy loading of saddles. The saddle rack and tack room fully collapses to haul more horses or as we did to put our four wheelers in to go camping. Tires are 80%, lights, brakes, everything works. We are selling to get into a bigger living quarter trailer. Our 2500 pickup pulled the trailer just fine. This trailer new was over $30,000K. What a steal at $17,500!!
